Grange provides a unique internship experience through the Grange Intern Development Program. The 14-week program is designed to expose students to the insurance industry through networking, mentoring, hands-on work experience, and community service. The interns will work day-to-day in their respective departments while also working as a group on a corporate project, which concludes with a capstone presentation to senior leaders. Summary: Assist in and support in the execution of the Personal Lines Strategy with a focus on key activities for the following strategic initiatives; Portfolio Management, PL New Product Features, etc.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Personal Lines Portfolio Management Strategy
- Research and design for new product features
- Support pricing and product managers by analyzing product enhancements and rate revisions
- Support national and state team projects and initiatives
- Market and competitive research
- Perform other research and analysis as needed/requested
What You'll Bring to the Company:
The ideal candidate is working toward college degree in an analytical discipline such as Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or any other applicable degree. Experience with personal computers and a working knowledge of spreadsheet applications are required.
