**Housekeeper**

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Housekeeper is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety

of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways. parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris.

**PAY:** Full-time, hourly rate

**TEAM**: Redstone Residential is a national student housing operator, headquartered in Provo, Utah.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.

* Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.

* Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.

* Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all other common areas.

* Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.

* Ensure that the grass and landscaping are well maintained, including the watering of flowers.

* Participate in Redstone training as required.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)

* Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight

* Must have a friendly demeanor

* Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 6-8 hour standing shifts
