You bring: + Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM) preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply planning within medium-sized global CPG companies, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and processes. + Extensive experience in supply planning utilizing SAP systems, including proficiency in SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) or SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) modules. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions to drive supply chain optimization. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and external partners. + Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving business objectives. dsm-firmenich is fully dedicated to inclusion because when people feel engaged and empowered, their creativity and innovation drives unprecedented progress.
