Due to continuous growth, we are currently recruiting for a Collections Supervisor

The Collections Supervisor will be for managing a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representative and will primarily focus on supporting their team in order to improve productivity and individual performance.

The Ideal Candidate will:
  • Help monitor high risk accounts
  • Take second talk-offs
  • Assist with any escalated calls
  • Queue submittal reviews
  • Manage team members portfolios during scheduled time-off
  • Perform skip-tracing
  • Oversee team's time management
  • Maintain budgeted KPIs and service levels
  • Ensure the team is executing an effective call and queue strategy
  • Keep your team motivated and working together in a positive environment
  • Reinforce training and mentor team members
What you need:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Initiative
  • The ability to effectively and positively manage a team of 5-6 people
  • Knowledge of the collections process
  • The ability to mentor others
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a call center
  • A high school diploma or GED
    Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly desirable
