Local Sales Assistant

Looking to join a positive and supportive team? WFXG FOX54 in Augusta, Georgia, has an immediate opening for a team-oriented Local Sales Assistant who will support our Advertising Sales department.

Candidates must have strong data entry, written, and oral communication skills. The candidate must be a reliable self-starter, possess sharp time management skills, and be able to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

General Responsibilities:

· Manage programming and pricing in our sales system

· Data entry for broadcast orders, digital campaigns, contest set-up/execution

· Regularly pull ratings and research information to assist with building of sales proposals and media planning

· Maintain files and other business records

· Assist Sales team with accounting, special client needs, and various sales support duties when needed

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficient

· DARE, Strata and/or Medialine experience is a plus

· Nielsen, Wide Orbit, Matrix, Kantar experience is a plus

· College degree in applicable fields of study or like experience required
