We are currently seeking a dynamic Sr. Pricing Analyst. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven pricing strategies and supporting our Sales team through advanced analytics, tool building and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies and models using predictive analytics.
Perform thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor capabilities and competitor pricing.
Documenting and maintaining up-to-date records of current processes and any modifications.
Provide insightful reports and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
Optimize pricing structures and strategies for a range of industrial products and services.
Create and maintain pricing databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of data.
Developing and maintaining Industrial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Collaborating with Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Operations to ensure pricing strategies align with company objectives.
Additional responsibilities as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Experience in data analysis related to commercial activities.
Proficiency in interpreting complex data sets and presenting findings.
Proficient in project, time, and change management.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM, Salesforce, ERP, and/or CLM systems.
Experience with SQL and familiarity with programing (i.e. Python, R, etc.).
Willingness to travel regionally as needed (10-15% travel).
Ability to engage effectively across various levels and functions.
