**Job Description**

* Engineering, process planning of Assembly and Testing processes

* Generate & drive quality, RPP projects to meet the cost/pc targets

* Investment planning and realization

* Coordinating installation & commissioning of machines

* Coordinate ECR process

* Drive the improvements coming from CoT

1) Process development and Optimisation

2) Working with VS for reducing Defect Cost and giving VS sustainable processes

3) Implementation of I4.0 and connectivity Projects

4) Developing and guiding associates competence

5) New/Reused Machine tryout - Pre and Final acceptance

6) Creating and Maintaining Process Data Sheets

7) Support for trouble shooting for Technical / Quality Breakdowns and Process investigation.

8) Running product New types, parallel release and samples process establishment

9) New product process establishment

10) Cycle time reduction

11) Cost reduction measures

12) DAP discussion with machine suppliers

13) New Machine supplier development

14) Support to FMEA, PPAP, Audits

**Qualifications**

BE / B. Tech/ ME /M. tech (Mechanical / Production)

**Additional Information**

- Basics know how of various controllers

- Knowledge on Machine, Process capability and SPC.

- Experience in Assembly processes (e.g Screwing, Pressing, Crimping, measurement systems, Ulrasonic welding, LASER welding, Camera vision systems, Injection molding etc..)

- Knowledge & experience in I 4.0 concepts

- Basic knowledge of various problem solving tools like 8D , PSS , Shianin ,Six sigma, DOE,etc.

- Low cost automation

- Basics knowledge of SAP

- Machine commisioning

- Data analytics skills ( MES, MAS, Tableau, Power BI, Python)

- Camera Vision software programming (Cognex, Keyance, Neurocheck, Omron, AI based vision system)

- Well know how of Hydraulic and Pneumatic system

- Hands on skills for fine machine component alignment

- POKA YOKE identification and implementation to eliminate customer complaints
