The role youll contribute:

The Practice Supervisor is responsible for the business operations of their assigned Primary Care Network practice. Provides leadership to front desk registration, referrals, phone answering team members. The Practice Supervisor will lead the operations for practices with 1-2 providers. Responsible for favorable results related throughput, front end collections, answering scheduling calls, referral management, patient experience, staff satisfaction, and throughput at the front desk.

Delivers on AdventHealths team Member Promise to provide team leadership and development using TalentCare.

Ensures workflow optimization and effectiveness for the team which includes Physicians, APPs, and staff. Participates in and co leads daily, effective huddles (including Daily Management Boards) within the practice.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High School degree, or GED and 3 years experience working in a medical group practice

Or equivalent experience in a medical group practice

Or education in lieu of experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Associates degree

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

  • Current, valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads team of roughly 7 team members and operations for a practice of 1-2 Physicians and/or APPs
