Salary: $63K - $73K

Job Description:

As a Manager of Financial Analysis at our company, you will play a vital role in driving our success. Join a team dedicated to excellence, innovation, and the professional growth of our employees.

Responsibilities:

Analyse key performance indicators, including revenue, medical claims expense, administrative expenses, and capital expenditures, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Track and report expenses and revenues against budget, providing valuable insights for decision-making. Prepare monthly and quarterly operations reports and board materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies across markets and various areas of the organization. Enhance productivity by developing automated applications and streamlining information processes. Collaborate with teams to further develop budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling tools. Develop financial models and analyses that support strategic initiatives. Provide in-depth analysis and support to senior management and field leadership. Embrace new challenges and contribute to other relevant duties as needed.

Qualifications:

1 year of experience working in financial services, investment banking, revenue operations, corporate finance, or a similar role (preferably for a startup). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBAs) are a plus. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Actuarial knowledge or experience is a plus. All around team player, fast, and self-learning individual. Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment, handling multiple tasks with flexibility and a positive attitude. Proactive and solution-forward, bias for action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences effectively.
