Position Overview The Enrollment Coordinator position is responsible for all military recruitment at Ft. Moore; attending recruiting events, such as soldier briefings, job fairs, career fairs, business expos, etc.; communicating with all prospects/applicants; processing applications; assisting with registration activities; helping students enroll with Troy University, including one-on-one admissions counseling by in-person appointments, phone calls, and emails; and acting as Ft. Moore site director and POC for all MOU’s. In addition to military recruitment, the enrollment coordinator is also responsible for community recruitment events including recruitment at local community colleges and high schools. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, communication or related field from an accredited college or university. Minimum of one year of recruiting and/or sales experience or military experience. Must have reliable transportation and current valid driver’s license. Must be independent worker. Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish rapport with a diverse customer base. Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Military experience. Higher education experience. Work Hours - Standard work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday – Thursday, Fridays 8-12. - Must work some evenings and weekends. - Some travel, including occasional overnight, is required. Physical Demands - Frequently lifting and carrying items up to 20 lbs. - Frequently sitting at a desk or workstation using a computer display, keyboard, and mouse.
