Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process warranty claims
  • Review claim information provided by dealers;working independently or with Supplier Recovery, Engineering, or Quality toprocess claims per established guidelines
  • Provide best-in-class support to our Dealers and Fleet Customers on a regular basis
  • Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned responsibilities (Business Unit)
  • Work closely with external/internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement.Manage accurate invoicing and reconciliation of all Supplier Recovery related warranty costs
  • Travel to Fleet/Dealer/Production locations as needed (
