As part of their ongoing expansion efforts, onePHG is seeking an experienced and determined Audiologist to join their team in Chesapeake, VA.

The Audiologist will provide comprehensive audiological evaluations, perform specialized tests, and create treatment plans for patients while taking full responsibility for the complete patient journey.

Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive, diagnostic hearing evaluations for primarily adult patients.
  • Evaluating, diagnosing, and providing treatment and rehabilitation for tinnitus patients
  • Hearing aid verification, including Real Ear Measurement and Speech Mapping
  • Taking complete ownership of the treatment, the continuing care, and the patient’s journey.
  • Dispensing and fitting hearing aids.
  • Providing counseling and follow-up care.
  • Maintaining professional credentials and CEU requirements and staying informed and knowledgeable about Audiology news and updates.

Requirements

  • Au.D. or master’s-level degree in Audiology
  • 2+ years of experience fitting Hearing aids
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently.
