Position: Senior Java Solution Architect

Location: Pittsburgh, PA and Dallas, TX

Note: 3 Days/week Hybrid

Summary: The role is aligned to the delivery team responsible for planning, development, and delivery of Insurance products for the Benchmarks and Indices business. This is a hands-on Senior Java Solution Architect with focus on delivering results on-time, in-full to the expected quality levels.

Job Responsibilities

Candidate can lead, architect and design new apps and work with team to modernize the tech stack.

Experience of designing and standing up brand new microservices based architecture, Java, open shift container platform, Kafka, experience of Pega workflows.

Significant experience of designing solutions in distributed highly resilient environments.

Significant experience of integrating enterprise application solutions.

Must have excellent communication skill.

Job Description

12+ years experience in Java J2ee

Must have 3 years experience as a Java/J2ee Architect

Hands-on with Springboot, Microservices, Core Java and API experience

Strong UI experience with recent version of Angular 7/8/9/10 and other modern JavaScript technologies

Strong familiarity of formal design and SDLC methodologies, in particular Agile/SAFe
