Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Job Summary: We support telecommunication companies in Alaska and they are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join the team as Door-to-Door Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' cutting-edge telecommunications products and services to potential residential customers through door-to-door sales and exceptional customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Approach residences in designated territories and initiate conversations with homeowners or residents. - Effectively present and demonstrate our telecommunications products and services, including internet, TV, and phone packages. - Educate customers on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our offerings. - Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and tailor your sales approach accordingly. - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas for new customer acquisitions. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. - Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to industry regulations and company policies. Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age. - Reliable transportation (valid driver's license and personal vehicle preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information. - Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build relationships. - Motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. - Previous sales experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus but not required Compensation: - Hourly rate of $20 per hour, plus commission on sales. - Opportunity for year-long employment with the potential to transition to a phone sales associate role. - Flexible scheduling options available.
