( Located at 3299 Sterns Rd, Lambertville, MI 48144 " ) MD Urgent Care Group has multiple locations in Michigan For our Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position, we are offering an exceptional pay that includes health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, vision, dental, and life insurance, short-term and long term disability, 401K retirement with up-to 6% match, 4 weeks of PTO, CME assistance, paid training, and a 4 day work week. We also have patient volume bonus Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant will have one assigned location for all scheduled shifts. We will require proof of Covid 19 vaccination or medical or religious exemption. Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to: Examine patients and their medical records Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.) Diagnose health conditions and illnesses Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases Prescribe medications Maintain accurate records and schedules Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics, and prevention Oversee patients? xmvmafu overall health Promote good health practices Advance professional knowledge and conduct research Skills we look for in our Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant: Expertise in primary care, acute care, and chronic care practices Knowledge of health and patient care regulations Excellent communication skills Strong ethics Team spirit with a positive attitude Patience and cool headedness Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience Medical specialties Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant are familiar with: Emergency Medicine Hospital Medicine Primary Care Urgent Care Wound Care Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $1,200,000,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Why are you applying for this role?
