Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for picking up finished automotive rolls with a forklift from two Carding lines and staging them in their respective bays in the warehouse.
  • Deliver raw materials to and from the machine lines. Must also scan all items from the warehouse and back to the warehouse for any raw materials that are no longer needed at the machine lines.
  • Performs actions in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Performs needed housekeeping and organization of assigned work areas (i.e. critical function of this position).
  • Performs required accurate / precise inventories as directed by Supervisor.
  • Supports and implements SFC policies, work instructions, procedures, including the SFC Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Perform all other duties as directed by Operations Manager.
Other:
  • Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules
  • Must be able to work extended hours when required
Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required for Consideration as a Candidate:

(If a degree is required it must be from an accredited institution)
  • Requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Problem solving, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Operate a forklift
  • Basic computer skills
