Technical/FunctionalSkills
•Assess the business requirement (RIT) andwork with BPA/End users to review/streamline the requirement to deliverbusiness value.
•Assessing the systems architecture currentlyin place and working with technical teams to recommend solutions to improveit.
•Define and write/review the Functionalprocess document (FS) in line with the BPD/BRD.
•Present the FS to Technical architect forthem to complete the design
•Collaborates with IT portfolio managers, PM& customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features fromconcept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
•Works with cross-functional teams andvarious stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience,engineering, and user enablement.
•Works in an Agile environment andcontinuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlinesmilestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
•Review and approve the technical designworking with Business
•Should be able to manage Functional processfor multiple projects with a team of functional analysts
•Review the UAT test case and work withbusiness and execution team closely to complete the UAT
•To Support Global business per their timezones.
•Participate in QA checkpoints duringdelivery to provide guidance and ensure solution aligns with original scope
•Control change management working withPortfolio manager and execution lead
•Translates product roadmap features intowell-defined product requirements including features, user stories, andacceptance test criteria.
•Leads the product functional design processbased on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
•Develops and maintains appropriate trackingand reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate futureinvestment.
•To ensure compliance with project managementprocess implementation standards
•Keep track of project performance andprovide support for project team
•Stay engaged with the team and maintainawareness of the project artifacts deliverables timeline
•Facilitation and management of resolutionsof risks and issues
•Provide direction and coaching on projectspecific tasks. Gradually gain functional expertise to support dev teams withquestions

GenericManagerial Skills
•7-10 years experience in providing ITsolutions to complex business problems by using varying technologies
•Ideal candidate will have a mix of Q2C,finance, cost management, manufacturing business processes
•Fast learner to adapt to new applications,softwares, technology and business processes
•Experience planning and reporting onprojects with project management tools. Experience with risk management •Must be willing to work flexible hours to support meetings with US or globalcustomer and team on a regular basis •Demonstrated understanding and use ofAgile and Waterfall methodology •Excellent analytical, problem-solving anddecision-making skills •High level of customer focus and service excellenceas you seek practical solutions •Strong collaboration skills with internal/externalcustomers and multi-functional teams •A can do attitude with a team membermindset not supplier mind set •Effective time-management skills and theability to prioritize work assignments
•Excellent communication skills with theability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drivecollaboration and alignment
•High degree of organization, individualinitiative, and personal accountability
•Balance of technical knowledge and businessacumen

•Proactive, self -starter with excellentproject management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Working knowledge of following tools-Confluence, Jira, ServiceNOW, O365 suite of applications, Java technology
•Knowledge of Semiconductor industry a plus
