Warehouse Clerk - Fulfillment

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Warehouse Clerk - Fulfillment to fill an opening in Woodinville, WA.

Daily Responsibilities for Warehouse Clerk - Fulfillment:
  • Inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product, monitor and adjust/calibrate pharmacy equipment, fill dispensing units
  • Daily box preparation work
  • Create or fix any shipping labels as needed
  • Bring packages to shipping, Mail, and Courier as needed
  • Monitor prescription drug inventory within pharmacy computer system
  • Receive inventory and ensure accurate product receipt
  • Assist with discrepancy resolution
  • Maintain proper storage of prescription drug inventory
  • Perform cycle counting activities and complete order processing
  • Process, pack and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring drug, related supplies and patient collateral (education materials) are included
  • Either Mon-Thurs 5:30am - 3:00pm; Friday 6:00am-10:00am or Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm

Required Qualifications for Warehouse Clerk - Fulfillment:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
  • Manager will look at licensed or unlicensed applicants just as long as the unlicensed apply for pharmacy assistant license after offer.
  • Since we are looking for clerk/ warehouse assistant, we do require each applicant to apply for pharmacy assistant license . The individual will apply for pharmacy assistant license upon employment offer and he/ she will get reimbursed for the cost of licensure ($70). Process only takes around 1 week Manager will let candidates start with license pending.

Preferred Qualifications for Warehouse Clerk - Fulfillment:
  • Warehouse experience NOT required - we are able to train on site from the ground up. We welcome anyone with a positive attitude that has a teamwork mindset and wants to learn.

Pay Details: $21 - $23 an hour
