We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team and help connect with and empower local communities.As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies aimed at fostering connections and building relationships within the community. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to promote our initiatives and ensure their success.Responsibilities:Program Development: Assist in the development and execution of community outreach programs and initiatives.Community Engagement: Engage with community members, stakeholders, and partner organizations to foster positive relationships and support our initiatives.Event Coordination: Coordinate outreach events, workshops, and activities aimed at community involvement and support.Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, conveying our goals and initiatives effectively.Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze feedback from community interactions to guide future outreach efforts.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with organizational objectives.Requirements:Passion for Community Engagement: A genuine desire to make a difference.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse groups.Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in community outreach is advantageous but not required.Benefits:Hands-On Experience: Gain practical experience in community outreach initiatives.Growth Opportunities: Opportunities for growth and development within our organization.Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive compensation package.
