Responsibilities:Provide Facilities engineering leadership to the site organizations in support of Safety, Reliability, Quality, Environmental and Cost objectives.Owning safety within area of influenceEnsuring systems operate reliably to avoid manufacturing/facility (or operations) impacts by meeting uptime goalsOverlooking projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget, and scheduleOversight of planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance, and modifications to equipment, machinery, facilities systems, buildings, and structures as required to support business requirementsDelivering operational efficiency, maintenance, testing and commissioning solutionsEffective collaboration with construction and operations teams to coordinate work in the fieldIdentify and implement opportunities to achieve lowest cost of ownership to key stakeholders while maintaining reliabilityStatistical validation of system performanceCollaboration with the Site Facility management team, suppliers, key stakeholders and through in-depth understanding of the operating systems to determine and ensure compliance to existing standards, specifications, building codes, and processes.The ideal candidate should exhibit the following:Strong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction, and as part of a larger teamGood presentation skills and ability to communicate strategic and tactical concepts across a wide range of employees; from engineering peers to operational technicians to managementAbility to work on diverse tasks under a highly dynamic environmentMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor and/or Master of Science degree from an accredited universityPreferred QualificationsTechnical expertise in chemical and gases, and process controlStatistical process analysis and process control knowledgeExcellent computer skills and strong data analysis capabilityKnowledge of troubleshooting techniques and ability to apply them.Experience of interpreting P and IDsExperience on high purity Gas or Chemical manufacturing and delivery systemsKnowledge of chemical compatibility of materials for process fluids and gases, high purity gases, process control statistical analysis (PCSA), and materials of construction needed for chemical and gas systems to meet semiconductor purity requirements.Experience with engineering analysis, design, and installation oversight of distribution systems for chemicals and gas equipment and systems.Experience with project commissioning to ensure all chemical and gas systems equipment, components, and infrastructure perform as designed.Creates and communicates project documentation including sequence of operations, installation procedures, and checklists for commissioning and startup.
