We’re seeking someone who is great on the phone, has excellent analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and is a serious multi-tasker, with a knowledge of construction and estimating. Experience in Xactimate is a +++. Our Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications. The Coordinator will administer and organize projects and support the construction project manager.

Primary Responsibilities

Create preliminary repair/rebuild estimate using Xactimate

Monitor and communicate to ensure client requirements are followed up on

Daily job file coordination between the Project Manager, Sub contractors and Customers

Update and complete job file co-ordination

Prepare change orders as needed, get customer's approval

Follow up on collecting draws and change orders

Prepare and execute the Lien process as needed

Experience/Skills

2+ year(s) of construction project administrative experience

Proficiency writing estimates, Xactimate knowledge a plus

Experience in service industry environment a plus

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Successful at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)

Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software

Minimum of HSD/GED preferred

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Hours

40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required

Vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
