Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a regionally accredited university in computer science, finance, business or a related field, preferred.
  • Three (3) years of progressive responsibilities related to training and experience.
  • College education may be initially substituted by a requisite level of knowledge and five (5) or more years of experience in Data Analysis, with at least two (2) years of leadership responsibility.
  • A four-year degree must be attained within 36-months of hiring.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Maintain all required trainings and certifications.
  • Possess a valid US driver's license.
  • Provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or possession of necessary papers allowing holder to work legally in the United States.


The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for cultivating and communicating insights from data to support the Agency's mission, vision, strategic priorities, decision making, program planning, and initiatives. This includes the development, design, implementation, and operation of analytical plans, dashboards, data reporting, data presentation and visualization, database strategies, database performance, and system monitoring. This position plays a role in shaping the Agency's data infrastructure, inclusive of data-warehousing, reporting and analytics platforms. This position is responsible for the storing, organizing, presenting, using, and analyzing data, along with the management of the Agency's database.

They will plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard the data, including database access, data distribution, and data recovery systems. Persons with Lived Experience with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities or substance abuse disorders are encouraged to apply.
