Registration Rep

Responsible for completing the pre-registration, re-registration and/or re-verification processes following department procedures using identified technology and hospital registration/billing systems. In addition, responsible to accurately identity, verify, and document insurance coverage for scheduled services utilizing all available electronic and manual sources Requires daily communication with patients/caregivers, schedulers and insurance companies via telephone in order to obtain accurate demographic, insurance, referring provider and patient liability information.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Experience
1 Year experience in a Registration, Insurance Verification or equivalent hospital registration role (Required)
General Experience with and knowledge of Siemens Invision Registration system, HDX Eligibility Verification Module and Huron Ontrac Revenue Cycle Solutions Systems (Preferred)
