Toyota of Boerne has a great opportunity for a car rental agent in our Rent A Toyota department. We are looking for an experienced candidate with great customer service and the ability to WOW our customers

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with rentals
  • Validate driver's license and insurance
  • Process customer pay rentals
  • Check in vehicles throughout the day
  • Maintain inventory
  • Assist customers in person, and on the phone with exemplary customer service
  • Other job duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work shifts ranging from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm which includes working some Saturdays
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to work as a team with the different departments within the dealership
  • Ability to multitask demonstrating a can do attitude
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
