This includes meeting customer needs by offering bank products and services and establishing new relationships.Job Description:ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents. They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.Deliver the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer serviceMeet customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services through walk in customers, follow up calls, onboarding, aisle time, and outreach activitiesAssist with branch opening/closing procedures and dual controlAdhere to policies and procedures of the New Account Opening ProcessSupport Branch Manager with adherence to the Compliance Facility ChecklistMaintain branch inventory and suppliesFlexibility to travel and assist other branchesFlexibility to assist and perform teller operation functionsAttend meetings and other eventsMaintain individual sales performance goalsPromptly respond to and communicate customer complaintsAssist with on- the- job sales trainingOther duties as assignedSKILLSProblem AnalysisFocus on ResultsInitiativeService OrientationFocus on QualityPerseveranceResourcefulTeamworkOral and written CommunicationBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredComputer literate (knowledge of Microsoft programs) EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh school graduate or GED equivalent1 + years of experience interacting with people preferred
