Reporting to the Senior Manager of Programs & Content, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing programs that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and sales growth for MHC. If you thrive on autonomy and embrace a growth mindset, this role is for you What you will get to do: * Support content marketing strategy alignment with overall marketing goals * Craft compelling marketing materials (landing pages, email copy, social media content) to nurture leads and drive conversions * Collaborate with the Business Development team to refine messaging and sales sequences * Own the execution and growth of our established webinar program including securing industry thought leaders as speakers, crafting compelling promotional strategies to drive attendance, developing high-quality presentations, and delivering top-notch live webinars to maximize lead generation * Manage logistics of industry trade show participation, from planning and execution to developing innovative ideas that drive engagement and maximize ROI * Be a trusted resource for the team by providing insightful guidance leveraging your in-depth knowledge of our marketing funnel and pipeline, target buyers and their journey, and the market landscape * Transform data into actionable strategies that optimize program performance, ensure alignment with business goals, and continuously identify areas for improvement * Support report-outs on campaign results and key takeaways/learnings for leadership What you will need to succeed: Knowledge and Skills: * Direct experience collaborating effectively with both the sales and marketing teams * Possess a data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of key marketing and sales metrics * Proven experience supporting and executing successful demand generation campaigns * Demonstrated experience clearly communicating the value of marketing efforts by translating data and results into actionable reports that resonate with cross-functional teams * Brings a passion for continuous learning and personal growth, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can learn and develop their skills * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages that reach target audiences * Proven record of measurable contributions from previous roles, demonstrating ability to impact sales and business development efforts * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and staying organized Education and Qualifications: * 2+ years of Marketing, Sales, or Business Development experience (focus on demand generation a plus) * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience * Required working experience in a B2B software organization * Proficiency in marketing automation platform HubSpot and sales automation platform Sales Hub/SalesLoft, or similar tools * Experience crafting engaging and informative marketing content (a plus) * Experience leveraging AI tools to support marketing activities (preferred) * Interest in traveling to support trade shows (approximately 10% of the time) This position offers the flexibility of remote work, but occasional in-person collaboration at our Burnsville, MN office may be required.
