Plumber Helper

Job Type Full-time Description A Plumber helper is needed for Residential and Commercial jobs in the Fayetteville, North Carolina and the surrounding area. They will oversees the completion of all aspects of plumbing projects. Performs a full range of plumbing tasks safely, including assemble, install, or repair pipes according to specifications or plumbing codes. Inspects, installs and repairs plumbing fixtures Leads troubleshooting efforts and repairs always focused on quality services Promotes and fosters teamwork within the plumbing project crew Maintain organization and ensure schedules are met Provides support by managing, coordinating and following job schedules: i.e., labor hours, material costs, change orders Support a safe and clean work environment and follow company procedures Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization Performs other duties and special projects Requirements Plumber Job Requirements: High School diploma or GED 6 months experience recommended Knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance and repair skills Ability to operate smartphone technology, hand tools and power tools Apply shop mathematics to solve problems Must follow/adhere to all safety procedures Ability to work with minimal supervision and travel independently Must have a valid Drivers License & reliable transportation Legally eligible to work in the US Pre-employment background screening (criminal, drug screen and DMV) is required for all positions Benefits Package of a Plumber Includes: Top industry weekly pay Daily travel per diem of $50.00 Outstanding Health Benefit Package Nine Company paid holidays Generous PTO Program 401k with 100% company match (up to 6%) Company Paid Life Insurance Employee referral program Training and Career Growth Opportunities We offer challenging projects, outstanding benefits and training opportunities.
