Position: Senior Engineering Manager
Minimum Requirements:
Eligibility: Must meet the definition of a United States Person.
Experience: 10+ years in engineering, management, monitoring activities, and collaboration with staff/leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a directly related field.
Environment: Experience in product development and/or production.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead small- to medium-sized engineering teams.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, technical depth, and breadth across multiple engineering disciplines.
Travel: Willingness to travel on occasion (5%).
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Developing, producing, and supporting spacecraft products, including establishing processes and tooling for piece-part fabrication, component manufacturing, supplier controls for assembly, cleanliness, inspections, and transportation.
Sector Experience: 10+ years in aerospace, defense, or medical industries.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of applicable engineering principles, business practices, and experience in production facilities.
Certification: Program Management Professional Certification and/or proven experience with engineering management tools.
