A relocation bonus can also be approved to those who qualify.Summary:Performs all facets of cardiac ultrasound testing for noninvasive pediatric cardiology services.Responsibilities:1. Echocardiograms- - performs transthoracic and assists with transesophageal echocardiograms of pediatric, adult congenital and fetal patients of consistent diagnostic quality. Captures ultrasound images of the heart and related structures using 2D, Color, doppler, strain, 3D. 2. Patient Care- Demonstrates competence in delivering patient care including but not limited to: patient assessment, pre and post procedure care; BLS is required. 3. Consultation-Provides consultation and collaboration with health care providers regarding pediatric echocardiograms. 4. Patient Documentation- Monitors and records patient information and maintains report storage and data systems. Compiles and enters data necessary for charge entry and prepares reports for video archiving using the digital storage system. Also responsible for retrieval of stored information and reports from the automated storage system.Preferred Experience and Abilities: 1-3 years of echo experience preferred. Fetal echo experience is a plus.
