Description

Essential Job Functions:
  • Ability to review and effectively interpret engineered drawings.
  • Provide quantity takeoffs for materials based on engineered drawings.
  • Review plans for applicable codes and specifications.
  • Develop lift plans.
  • Prepare coatings packages.
  • Assist with scheduling.
  • Coordinate / schedule sub-contractors.
  • Manage / file documentation.
  • Work with crafts to capture and define scope changes.
  • Perform other assignments as directed by Supervisor.
  • Work with crafts to ensure quality, codes, and specification are being followed.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
  • Pursuing degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
  • If not pursuing degree 1 year experience in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Current and valid Driver's license with clean driving record
  • Understanding of construction codes (ASME, NACE, OSHA, etc.)
  • Ability to work in the Unites States.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to perform all work in a safe manner that meets company & client standards.
  • Adapt to changing environment and work conditions.
  • General understanding of construction processes (civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
  • Work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Multitask assigned work and balance / prioritize deadlines.
  • Maintain professionalism in every aspect of work.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others in a positive manner.
