Key Responsibilities:
Hazardous materials handling program.
Battery repair programs in the US
Battery recycling programs within the US
Work closely with Parts and Warranty on ensuring services and parts are processed to agreed SLAs with 3rd party vendor.
Aggregate data from internal systems for management reporting.
Recommend and implement improvements for reports, reporting processes and reporting systems.
Maintain/update data and publications as needed.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate parts stocking and logistics.
Participate in meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with Information Technology security policies.
Additional duties as assigned by Warranty Program Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or Data Analytics. Relevant equivalent education and experience may be considered.
Experience:
2+ years automotive experience, including positions such as Warranty Specialist, Warranty Control Specialist, Warranty Operations Specialist, Warranty Analyst.
Experience in working with and / or supporting automotive dealers service operations.
Experience in project management preferred.
