Partnering with Talent Acquisition, such as attraction, delivery, and pipeline programs, and Client Staff, you will be responsible for developing recruitment event strategies, analyzing KPIs, and implementing new technologies to elevate the candidate experience. Expect variety in your day-to-day job which may include planning and executing in-person and virtual engagement opportunities or working with our creative team to design promotional event materials.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Events

  • 3+ years of experience with recruiting events, employer branding, or vendor management

  • 3+ years of experience designing, planning, and executing talent, recruitment, or event strategies

  • 3+ years of experience with analyzing and presenting KPI metrics reports

  • 3+ years of experience with project management and working in a matrixed environment

  • 2+ years of experience in people leadership or management, including indirect or direct

  • Ability to meet key deadlines and manage client expectations

  • Ability to be a strong team player with a drive to create a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working in the IT industry or government contracting

  • Experience working in a Fortune 500 company with a complex matrixed organization structure and business model

  • Experience working with government or security-cleared talent

  • Possession of excellent project management skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
