Responsibilities

•Assist in preparing and filing legal documents with courts as needed.
•Create drafts of pleadings, responses to discovery requests, and various motions.
•Support attorneys by managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, tracking deadlines, and overseeing expenses.
•Coordinate and confirm deposition schedules, preparing as necessary.
•Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, emails, and faxes.
•Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems efficiently.
•Be available for on-site work as required.
•Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
•Assist in managing video conferencing requirements effectively.
•Answer incoming calls and contribute to team efforts as needed.

Qualifications

•Must consistently demonstrate punctuality and reliability in all aspects of work.
•Possess meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication within the team.
•Capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
•Exhibit a high level of initiative in managing multiple priorities with exceptional judgment.
•Ability to handle a high volume of work accurately and meet deadlines.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation is required.
•Must have reliable transportation for commuting to work.
•Proficiency in using Zoom for virtual meetings.
•Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not mandatory.
