**Job Description**

XSS Hotels is looking for a talented and driven individual to work with their development team out of their Hooksett, NH headquarters. XSS is part of a vertically integrated organization that designs, builds, owns & manages branded & independent hotels in markets across the northeast. With 30 operating hotels and nearly 20 in development, its an exciting time for our organization

As a Project Manager on the development team, you will navigate your assigned projects through due diligence, municipal approvals, architectural and interior design, brand coordination, construction & FF&E purchasing. You will be supported by a knowledgeable and diverse in-house team of architects, engineers, interior designers, purchasers, hotel management, and development professionals.

You will work closely with the managing partners and function as an owners agent to ensure the project runs smoothly by making intelligent & holistic decisions related to scheduling, design, brand conformity, FF&E and municipal relations.

**Qualifications**

* Ideal candidates will have considerable experience in various levels of construction and/or real estate development (5-10 years)

* Experience in hospitality development is a plus

* Strong Organizational Skills - the ability to multi-task & document your work is essential

* Acute Attention to Detail

* A Focus on Follow-Through

* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. You will be collaborating with people at all levels and in a variety of industries: Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Development, Design, and Finance.

* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

* Must be able to travel for short trips to various locations in the Northeast and maintain semi-flexible hours to accommodate occasional municipal meetings and job site visits
