We are WillowWood, a well-established industry leader in providing prosthetic and orthotic products to clinicians and amputees around the world. Your efforts will be vital in helping us achieve our vision of "leveling the playing field" between physically unchallenged people and all people who find themselves challenged due to limb loss or limb dysfunction.
THE POSITION:
The Customer Care Rep is a key position that provides first contact for customers regarding our off the shelf and Design Liner products. You will have overall responsibility for processing orders and returns as well as delivering information to customers. Some of the other things you'll be involved in include:
- Promptly and professionally answering all phone calls
- Receiving and entering orders and processing RMA's
- Providing technical support for all WillowWood products
In addition to being passionate about what you do and dedicated to our mission and vision, applicants with the best chance of success in this position will also need the following:
- High school diploma or higher
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, ERP software, and CRM programs
- Ability to interact with customers in a variety of media such as phone, email, live chat, text, etc.
