Job Type Full Time Schedule M-F 8-5 Pay $130k + Patients Per Day 20 EMR System - Epic Work Location Outpatient Clinic Job ID 60582 Job Description A Van Nuys based clinic is searching for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about improving individual and community health. This position is a dynamic role in a community health center, with responsibilities for outpatient care only. Required Qualifications Current California Nurse Practitioner license Nurse Practitioner Certification from either the ANCC or AANP Current DEA licensure Active CPR Certification 1-2 years of NP experience Spanish (preferred) Responsibilities Conduct primary care visits for care management of patient caseload Manage both acute and chronic conditions through direct intervention like medication prescription and patient education Consultation with collaborating Physician as appropriate Complete documentation of patient encounters, funding sources, and billing according to policy About Provider Healthcare Provider Healthcare is a prominent healthcare recruitment firm that places highly qualified and skilled healthcare professionals in excellent employment opportunities across the country.
