The Head of Digital Marketing will be a key player to help drive Allianz Trades' company strategy and identify areas to maximize revenue, streamline operations, and drive sustainable growth. They will own the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of paid and non-paid digital marketing and lead nurture programs. The will be responsible for aligning and harmonizing the diverse functions within digital marketing, cross functionally and across local and global BUs, to create symphonic revenue growth and will manage internal and external digital marketing teams to carry out and execute their strategy. Come join a dynamic team at one of Baltimore's Best Places to Work and an Olympic and Paralympic Partner.Key Responsibilities and Duties Build short and long-term digital marketing roadmaps and budgets and manage our omni-channel campaign strategy in close collaboration with key stakeholders, and global marketing counterparts to help the business achieve its revenue goals. Lead, develop and inspire a team of growth marketers and channel owners with ability to bring individual initiatives together and accomplish joint goals. Oversee an seven-figure annual digital marketing budget to drive consumer leads across diverse sales regions and allocate appropriate levels of funding necessary to meet targets, regularly monitoring investments and ROI to stay within budget parameters. Analyze market, customer and competitive data and conduct research to define ideal target audience, appropriate media mix and lead generation campaigns. Take ownership for our customer acquisition and conversion channels - Search, programmatic, web, SEO and email. Own and improve how we convert our prospects into customers. Work closely with sales, content and operations team, to identify, test and roll out improvements with a focus on messaging and UX. Help in customer retention efforts to ensure our customers get to their 'AHA' moment quicker, churn is kept low and LTV is increased. Own strategy, performance, and goals (leads, spend, CPL, ROAS) across all digital channels. Analyze performance data and direct digital investment and efforts across current and new digital marketing channels and utilize data sources to optimize campaigns from click to contract. Deliver regular updates and results related to campaign deliverables, digital media, content, social media, and website performance. Required Qualifications and Skills Digital Marketing Expert: Advanced knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and understand the customer journey, sales funnels, and marketing strategies in order to better align Sales & Marketing. Broad hands on experience across paid channels (PPC, programmatic), organic media, website management (incl CRO) and marketing automation (Marketing & SFDC a plus). Problem Solver: Passionate about identifying new ideas/innovations and resourceful and resilient when working to implement creative solutions needed to produce desired outcomes. Knowledge Seeker: Monitor digital marketing trends closely and conduct research to learn more about your target audience and market trends to identify new opportunities for revenue generation. Data-Driven: Experience in a combination of analytics tools to identify campaigns' strengths and weaknesses. This could include using channel-specific analytics (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and similar tools. Experience with multi-touch attribution, analytics, measurement, and testing. Team Player: You're able to communicate effectively, build strong working relationships with cross-department teams, and collaborate to accomplish shared goals. Understand the marketing and sales relationship. Project and team management skills: Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into trackable marketing campaigns. Experience effectively managing multiple 3rd party vendors including vendor selection and negotiation. Must be a strong project manager and manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders, including global parent. Technical acumen: Driving efficiency through automation and technology, and ensuring data integrity across systems. Has assessed and implemented major components of digital marketing stack. SFDC, Marketo, Adobe product suite, PM tools, etc. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar, Masters degree a plus. 8-10 years of digital marketing experience with increasing responsibilities and team management. Owned digital marketing KPIs (e.g., leads, revenue, spend, etc.) in a B2B business, international business a plus. Excellent communication, presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences.
