Dyson Jobs – Senior Supply Planning Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze international supply chain product flow movements and manage requests made from Group Supply Chain
Assist Supply Planning Manager identify and analyze supply constraints against demand plan
Report monthly inventory projections by SKU to monitor investment in working capital
Liaise with Southeast Asia planning team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product into US and MX
Support the supply planning function for Dyson US and MX by analyzing stock projections and collaborating with the Dyson planning team in Southeast Asia on production needs for finished goods, ensuring targeted US and MX inventory KPI’s are met.
Support overall supply planning process for US and MX consumer and commercial businesses.
Compile and publish reporting to effectively communicate the current state of the business to key stakeholders
Assist local Marketing and Sales teams with planning for new product launches and exclusive SKUs
Communicate with Southeast Asia manufacturing team on a bi-weekly conference call to ensure production plans meet demand plan
Work with Demand Planning team to maintain appropriate levels of inventory in domestic warehouses to meet 12-month rolling demand plan and to achieve corporate stock objectives
Ensure correct inventory locations / timing to meet customer requirements
Drive profitability by minimizing product obsolescence
Job Requirements:
Supply planning experience preferred
High level of aptitude for business math, numerical reasoning, and creative problem solving
Adaptable/flexible – able to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively
Strong written and oral communication skills
SAP S4 and Kinaxis experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to dig into and dissect large amounts of data
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
3+ years’ experience in a supply chain role required, consumer goods organization experience preferred
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end product flow inside a warehouse
Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain (S&OP/IBP, planning, inventory) processes and systems
Bachelor’s degree required – Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Logistics preferred
Proven experience analyzing and resolving inventory related issues
