Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attending scheduled court appearances
  • Managing assigned caseload
  • Preparing litigation strategies
  • Coordinating with court administration, clients, witnesses, experts, and others
  • Interacting with caseworkers from children and youth agencies

Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate high levels of organization, efficiency, and professionalism while working alongside a team
  • Active Bar License in PA
  • 1-3 years of experience in litigation
  • Child Advocacy Clinic Experience (Preferred)

NOTE:

  • The pay rate will be determined based on the candidates industry knowledge and experience.
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
