summary Sanitation Specialists needed in Brownsville TX Schedule: 3rd shift ; 11pm-6am Pay:$12.75/hr. paid weekly Responsibilities: Ensure cleanliness and safety of equipment and environment for food production. Adhere to safety protocols and perform physical tasks as required. Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures diligently. Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards. Assist in equipment cleaning and setup. Troubleshoot sanitation equipment. Support team members and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. required-skills: Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred but not required. comfortable working inwet, dusty, hot, or old conditions. Awareness of and ability to follow Associate Safety guidelines. Awareness of and ability to follow GMP and Food Safety guidelines. Understanding of proper machine operating and adjusting procedures. Familiarity with Lock-Out Tag-Out application procedures strongly preferred. Willingness and ability to understand and accept instruction, follow directions, policies, and rules. Effective communication skills with peers and management.
