A cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food in a dine in restaurant. Cooks are responsible for working with Front of House staff to ensure orders are made correctly. Cooks are also responsible for maintaining a clean kitchen in the restaurant.

Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the kitchen.

•Food preparation (e.g. cooking sides, preparing sauces, etc.)

•Operate various kitchen appliances such as grill, stove, soup heater

•Stock inventory appropriately
