A cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food in a dine in restaurant. Cooks are responsible for working with Front of House staff to ensure orders are made correctly. Cooks are also responsible for maintaining a clean kitchen in the restaurant.

Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the kitchen.

•Food preparation (e.g. cooking sides, preparing sauces, etc.)
•Comply with health code
•Operate various kitchen appliances such as grill, stove, soup heater
•Communicating with coworkers
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Stock inventory appropriately
•Ensure that food comes out in high quality and in a timely fashion
•Maintain a professional and cooperative approach with employees
•Clean work station before the end of your shift
