Join to apply for the Product Manager role at Wastequip. This position is based out of Jurupa Valley, CA. Job Details Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience and location. Requirements Lead overall product strategy in partnership with Sales. Develop annual product planning and engineering processes, including opportunity assessment, business and competitive analysis, requirements definition, pricing, product development, and launch. Identify product gaps and customer needs through market research. Represent the product team in stakeholder discussions and lead strategic roadmap sessions. Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to inform product roadmaps. Develop and manage product roadmaps with a 5-year outlook. Cross-functional Team Leadership Maintain a product management backlog for the Aftermarket Parts division. Develop business cases for new products for senior executives, using stage gate processes. Manage project timelines and communicate status to stakeholders. Identify potential delays and issues, and present solutions. Conduct post-launch reviews and incorporate feedback into future plans. Build and support the product management team. Product Introduction Partner with marketing for product launch plans. Develop training and promotional materials for sales and stakeholders. Communicate product value propositions and differentiators. Assist in retail product line reviews. Education & Experience B.A. in engineering, marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred. Strong presentation and communication skills. Financial acumen and budget management skills. Proven leadership in product management and engineering teams. Experience in voice of customer analysis.
