Objective Regional Sales Manager is the outside face of the company with expected travel time of 75% or more as needed to cover the assigned territory (southern PA, northern WV, MD, NY, MA, NH, VT, ME, and possibly OH). RSM is responsible for interacting with our dealer partners with the intent to drive contract volume through the acquisition of new dealer accounts, the activation and training of the accounts into regular producers, and the management of these accounts around retrievals, inventory, and risk mitigation. RSM is expected to provide high levels of support and customer service to our dealer partners.

Responsibilities Meet or exceed budgeted contract volumes. Meet or exceed all other established KPIs around inventory management, retrievals, and inventory inspections. Manage and increase the number of active submitting dealers already signed. New account acquisition (sign up) and productivity. Represent a value added to dealer partners due to the implementation of our products, our training, and competitive intelligence to help the company evolve and grow with needs and markets changes. Responsible for the documentation of opportunities and accounts at a geographical level with detailed characteristics to enhance the RTO National information database of dealers, manufacturers, and partners as a key value of the company.

Knowledge & Skills Improve dealer relationships by bringing value and service. Be an influential member of the Portable Storage community in your territory. Be able to identify prospect needs and present appropriate solutions to grow dealer base. Be knowledgeable of RTO National products, program and service offerings and requirements.

Qualifications Required Education: High School Diploma/GED Work Experience: Experience in territory management & sales Preferred: Associates Degree Work Experience: 2 Year of experience in territory management & sales

Physical Requirements Must be able to spend 75% or more of the time traveling within assigned territory with overnight stays. Must be able to travel long distances by car and airplane. Must be able to communicate with staff and customers who have inquiries frequently and exchange accurate information in these situations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Must be able to work outside of an office environment and may be exposed to the weather and the elements visiting with dealers.
