Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed engineering designs. Create accurate 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings in Creo for manufacturing and assembly purposes. Conducting design calculations and analyses to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed solutions. Experience in performing FEA is a plus. Conduct design reviews and provide technical support to resolve design-related issues. Maintain proper documentation of design changes, revisions, and project updates. Evaluate non-conformances from Manufacturing and provide timely dispositions. Create lab and field test plans and reports as required. Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology or associate's degree with proven technical experience in design analysis, calculations, conducting lab tests in an oil field environment may be considered. Oil & Gas experience is essential. Minimum 3 years of design experience, preferably in oil field tools.Minimum 1 year of experience in Creo is required. Strong knowledge of drafting standards. Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Desired Skills and CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and work ethic. Knowledge of the principles, concepts, and practices of design engineering. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentMust have superior project management and project execution skill set.Creativity, curiosity, product vision, growth mindset, and problem-solving skills are critical.Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision.Salary & BenefitsThis is a full-time, non-exempt position.
