General Overview : We are looking for a Manufacturing Associate who will be responsible for actively participating in the creation of manufacturing workflows, process development, and training using the ERP platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing workflows using the ERP platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices. Develop and document workflow procedures that enhance efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and product quality. Serve as a champion for product quality, leading continuous improvement activities to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance overall product quality. Ensure traceability of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and production processes by conducting End-of-Line (EOL) testing and maintaining accurate tracking records. Conduct quality checks on purchased components to ensure they meet established standards and specifications. Work closely with the procurement team to communicate quality issues and collaborate on resolution strategies. Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and efficiency enhancements, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.

Other Requirements : High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software. Written and verbal communication skills a must. Proficiency in using the Odoo platform or similar ERP software is highly desirable. Must work independently and as a member of team. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and process optimization. Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and product quality.

Mental and Physical Requirements : Able to read, speak and write English. Ability to use sophisticated computer software programs to achieve job functions. Strong physical and mental health to maintain demanding workload. Able to work under stressful conditions at times. Communication - verbal and written communication, communication with personnel and vendors. Seeing - able to see the computer screen. Climbing - able to go up and down stairs. Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week dependent on workload. Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards. Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty strives for excellence in all activities employing accompanying communication. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work. Performs day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintaining them over time. Dependable, reliable, and ability to multitask.
