Communicate with Marketing, Plant, Tech Service, and Sales personnel as needed. Innovate by providing novel solutions or new product concepts based on scientific principles. Contribute to patent protection of ideas Develop new test methods or procedures and validate the results. Maintain and troubleshoot lab instruments and field equipment in the area of focus. Ensure JSAs and SOPs for all equipment and operations are up to date. Required Qualifications BS with 7+.
