Within our global Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Team, the OSH Training & Competency Expert (d/f/m) will be responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive health and safety training programs to ensure compliance with international standards and the promotion of a safe and healthy work environment. You will assess training needs, design curriculum, and evaluate effectiveness. Additionally, you will provide expertise in assessing employee competence levels and implementing strategies to enhance safety performance across the organization.You will provide expert advice on the development of a Global OSH Training and Competency program and standards and its continued accessibility and effectivenessYou will contribute to the development of and maintain a company-wide OSH Training Matrix managing extensive consultation from the business to ensure global applicability.You have the opportunity to contribute to the design of the OSH functional competency framework aligning to international best practices as well as the development of a company-wide competency assessment tool and personal development trackerYou will integrate the OSH competency framework into other functional programs and tools, in conjunction with IT and HRYou will design a continuous improvement program to periodically assess the appropriate training matrices that have been developed and implemented effectively within the business unitsYou will have the opportunity to deliver OSH training and train-the-trainer sessions to the business in person and virtual settingsYou have an academic degree in Business Administration/Organizational Development, Safety, Adult Learning or a related fieldYou bring in a minimum of 10 years of operational experience in training and development management, preferably in a global or multinational organizationYou are fluent in English; additional language skills are a plusYou have an awareness of occupational safety and health international management standardsYou have a superb track record in developing and executing successful training programsYou have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsYou are a critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills and familiar with traditional and modern training processesYou would bring in exceptional organizational and time management skillsYou consider yourself a strategic and creative mindset with meticulous attention to detailYou are pro-active, can work independently to produce outcomes, and are convincing with cultural sensitivity and adaptability, combined with experience in working across diverse regions and geographies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
