To be an "Acting Coach" - show by your own example how to deal and threat the new sales prospects; To manage and optimize Sales team for South-East Asia market; To elaborate sales plans and KPIs for the team; To ensure achievement of planned sales rates and time frames; To offer new sales opportunities and enhancements for the Company; To attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings. Requirements: Experience on Head positions for Sales/Key Account teams Knowledge of payment specifics for PSP and FinTech industry in South-East Asia; Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software; Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express; Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; Great organizational and time-management skills; English, and a local Asian language are not lower than Upper-Intermediate (an additional foreign language will be an advantage) Hybrid format with a flexible start of the working day from 09:00 to 10:00; Competitive salary (the numbers above are only the fixed part without monthly and quarterly bonuses); Corporate English, participation in training/conferences, providing specialized literature; Ability to influence the final result and understand the business logic of products: we follow the principles of Agile; Bright and non-standard corporate events.
