Job Description The Boeing Company is currently seeking a broad range of experience levels to include Senior and Lead Radar System/Surveillance Systems Engineers to join the Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers engineering team located in Richardson, Texas. The position will be an integral member of our MS&B portfolio of programs. Position Responsibilities: Analyze and translate requirements into radar system design Design and analyze radar systems architecture Lead design reviews for complex radar systems capabilities Work with customers to understand requirements for radar system design Lead system test and validation to ensure system design meets operational and functional requirements. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. 5 or more years of related work experience Experience with system engineering principle (systems requirements, design and analysis) Experience with radar system design and surveillance Experience with leading a team of engineers Preferred Qualifications/Desired
