Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Utilize HubSpot to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead conversion. Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles to ensure consistent and engaging content. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and industry trends to ensure ACI remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Qualifications:

Proven 5 years of experience as a Marketing Strategist, Marketing Manager, or similar role. Expertise in using HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and analytics. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
